One of Shanna's deepest influences is her mother Corazon, who has cultivated in her a special relationship with plants and prayer, and one of her life's greatest inspirations is her sister Maria, who has crossed over into the non-physical in August of 2014. Maria's love affair with cancer was enriched with hands-on training exercises that redirected Shanna's path to Health and Wellness. The experience underlined for her the urgency and importance of taking care of ourselves first in order to be in alignment with a life that we want to live and also have a fulfilling impact on others. She shares more about her personal story and practice in the following books: Harmony in Chakras Volume 1 and 2, and The Stories of Immigrant Women Entrepreneurs of the United States of America.

What resonates with you?
Everything is Energy.
We are Energy. Movement, moving energy, is key to embodying balance, ease, and connection. When our bodies are active, our thoughts become kinder and more supportive, and emotions are more focused and in flow.
We are all Healers.
God/Source/Creator/Spirit/Universe is in all of us. We are blessed with bodies that self-heal. When we nourish it with approval and resources from the Earth, when we re-move stagnant energy, we allow healing to happen.
Our natural state is that of Wellness and Abundance.
When we take notice of our breath and let go of expectations outside of this present moment, we get to remember and re-experience our wholeness. We allow ourselves to live feeling worthy, fulfilled and full of joy.
